RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Yes. At Kadio, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days provided that proof of purchase is shown.
You may return your items to us if the item is faulty, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the fault we may either repair the item, replace it, or provide a refund.
You can return or exchange your items to us by:
- contacting our customer care team through make an enquiry form to get support.
- visiting us in-store.
You'll need to provide your order number(or proof of purchase), contact details and reason for return.
If you return your items via shipping or post:
- all shipping return charges must be paid by you
- you are responsible for any loss or damage to the item until it is delivered to us
- we will not refund any costs incurred by you to return the items to us unless the item is faulty.
All Kadio jewellery comes with a two-year warranty meaning that we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewellery occurs.
Kadio will repair or replace your jewellery, free of charge. For queries about warranty, you can contact through make an enquiry form.
We take our care in packaging each item to prevent any breakages and thoroughly check each order for quality control before posting. However, if anything happens to your items please make an enquiry or email us through hello@kadio.com.au within 24 hours of the order being delivered. You must include your order number for us to assist you with the issue.
We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. We suggest contacting the courier directly.
