You can return your items to us by:
- contacting our customer care team through make an enquiry form to get support.
- visiting us in-store.
If you return your items via shipping or post:
- all shipping return charges must be paid by you
- you are responsible for any loss or damage to the item until it is delivered to us
- we will not refund any costs incurred by you to return the items to us unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. We take our care in packaging each item to prevent any breakages and thoroughly check each order for quality control before posting. However, if anything happens to your items please make an enquiry or email us through firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the order being delivered. You must include your order number for us to assist you with the issue.
